March Madness in finally over...

The NCAA Men's Basketball tournament is over. Last Night, the North Carolina Tar Heels(#1 Seed in the Syracuse Bracket) defeated the Illinoir Fighting Illini. The final score was 75 - 70. It was a great game. Much better than last years final between UConn and Georgia Tech.

For the last month I've had the opportunity to watch College Hoops on TV. It's been great. I would much rather watch College Sports rather than Professional Sports. The game is more intense when the athletes are not getting paid to perform. The athletes certainly put their hearts into the game.

March Madness is over and now it will be another full year until I watch Basketball on TV again. It was great tournament and I'm looking forward to seeing how some of the teams from this year will fare next year in the tournment. Maybe Duke will win the title next year, I guess I will just have to wait and see.

So much for Spring having Sprung

I woke up this morning to over a foot of snow outside. How disapointing. I was all ready for spring. The snow tires were removed from my car earlier this week and some of the bulbs had started come up in the garden. It is supposed to warm up tomorrow and all the snow should melt away, but I was ready for winter to be over weeks ago. Here's hoping that we don't get any more snow this season!

I really should have put my snow tires in the garage yesterday.

It seems like the "Town" has already used up their snow removal budget.

So much for taking the snow tires off my car this week.
